Understanding and communicating the culture, strategies, goals, and changing needs of the church enables the Senior Director to effectively mobilize the MSS staff for success. The Senior Director reports to the Executive Pastor and is an active member of the senior leadership/pastoral team. Qualifications include: mature Christian committed to the mission of UPC; broad knowledge and experience in operations management, including strong financial acumen; big picture vision, especially as applied to innovative technology solutions and plant usage; demonstrated ability to consult with and advise others; minimum five years operational management experience, Bachelors Degree (advanced degree preferred).
