Skill and experience in outreach activities with children

Experience working with children and parents, especially in a Christian environment

Job Duties and Responsibilities:  The Director of Children’s Ministries and Family Outreach is expected to:

1. Develop and support education and fellowship ministries to children and their families, nursery through 6^th grade
2. Disciple and equip volunteers and mentors to carry out relevant ministries.
3. Work effectively and collaboratively with Nurture and other Commissions, other staff members and members of the congregation to strengthen effectiveness of all church ministries.

Hours and Compensation:  16 hours per week, $14 - $16 per hour, depending on qualifications
