Qualifications: The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications.

• Minimum of one unit of Clinical Pastoral Experience (CPE).
• Masters level degree in theological or pastoral studies or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with the mentally ill. <
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• An ecumenical approach to ministry informed by compassion for those with mental illness.
• Ability to work effectively with church laity and leadership.
• Experience in conflict resolution, crisis intervention, group dynamics and facilitation.
• Intermediate computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Experience in not-for-profit organizational development.
