Michelle serves as Executive Assistant and Office Administrator to the Seattle Presbytery. She joined the staff in November of 1992, and throughout the years has served in many different capacities.  She currently serves the Executive leadership with general day-to-day tasks as well as management of the overall office operations. She supplies the staff support for the Commissioned Lay Pastors sub-committee, the Ethnic Ministry Team, and the United by Faith Against Racism Ministry Team (UBFAR). She offers assistance to the sessions to help prepare for receiving ethnic worshipping fellowships, and Commissioned Lay Pastors to prepare them for their training and partnerships with congregations. She serves on several community coalitions and with ecumenical leadership teams as a representative of UBFAR. She stays active as well with her church and congregation at New Beginnings Christian Fellowship.
