Personnel Committee

The Personnel Committee is responsible for review of all staff positions, implementation of personnel policies, and oversight of administration of the Presbytery office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct annual reviews for all paid staff of the Presbytery and approve staff job descriptions
  • Approve non-called staff compensation within the parameters of the Administrative Budget
  • Make recommendation for Presbytery approval of compensation for called staff
  • Make recommendation to Presbytery regarding staff design and oversee the hiring process for new staff members
  • Oversight for implementation of personnel policies
  • Oversight of the administration of the presbytery office.
